Laser Photonics Changes Corporate Name to LASE Corp.

Laser Photonics announced that it is changing its corporate name to LASE Corp., effective November 4. Dmitriy Nikitin, Executive Chairman, said, "This rebranding represents the next step on our roadmap to improve the quality and transparency of our dialogue with investors and customers. We are prioritizing growth in defense while continuing to enhance our businesses serving our established pharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial markets. We want our shareholders to understand our vision beyond industrial laser equipment and how we are investing for future growth." The Company's corporate website, www.lase.com, will feature its investor relations portal. Over the next several weeks, the Company plans to complete phased relaunches of its existing brand websites and licensed websites. Once complete, each brand will focus on one of the Company's four principal markets, as follows: Industrial Market: Beamer Laser, www.beamerlasermarking.com, will serve as the Company's website for the industrial market. Semiconductor and Quantum Computing Markets: Laser Photonics, www.laserphotonics.com, will serve as the Company's website for the semiconductor and quantum computing markets. Pharmaceutical and Medical Markets: Control Micro Systems, www.cmslaser.com, will serve as the Company's website for the pharmaceutical and medical markets. Defense and Security Markets: Fonon Technologies, Inc., www.fonon.us, will serve as the Company's website for the defense and security markets. As part of its focus on defense applications, the Company recently announced its plans to launch the Quantum Bullet anti-drone laser platform at I/ITSEC, November 30 through December 3, 2026, in Orlando, Florida, including a product-introduction film at the event.

Laser Photonics Launches Quantum Bullet Anti-Drone Platform

Laser Photonics announced its product launch of its Quantum Bullet anti-drone platform at I/ITSEC, the world's largest military-oriented modeling, simulation, and training event, to be held November 30th through December 3rd, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. The Quantum Bullet product line includes the innovative Laser Shield Anti-Drone Series, which is designed as a modular directed-energy platform intended to combine proprietary laser-based counter-drone capabilities with detection, tracking and command-and-control platforms supplied by LASE and its integration partners. LASE is developing LSAD as a modular product offering, configurable with different laser and power capabilities for different tactical scenarios. Its Dazzler configuration is intended to interfere with the optical sensors of Group 1 and Group 2 drones. A separate higher-energy palletized laser configuration, as well as a crawler module designed for all-terrain rapid deployment, are intended to destroy the drone threat.

Laser Photonics Appoints Tim Peterman as CFO

Laser Photonics announced the appointment of Tim Peterman as Chief Financial Officer. Peterman served as Chief Executive Officer of iMedia Brands from May 2019 to August 2023, and served as Chief Financial Officer from March 2015 to April 2018.
