K-Tech Solutions and Aurora AZ Energy Partner on Alberta Large-Scale Computing Infrastructure
K-Tech Solutions and its partner Aurora AZ Energy provided a corporate update on their joint venture to develop large-scale computing infrastructure in Alberta, Canada. Following the initial partnership framework to deploy up to 500 MW of IT capacity, the Joint Venture announced that construction is officially in progress on an initial 5 MW capacity phase. In addition, onsite technical testing has commenced to validate the integration of Aurora's wellhead-sourced power infrastructure with K-Tech's high-density computing systems. This initial 5 MW build-out serves as the critical operational proof-of-concept for the larger planned 100 MW flagship deployment in Alberta.

This growth trajectory is driven by K-Tech's entry into hardware categories, specifically catering to the United States outdoor enthusiast market. The company's new revenue streams are anchored by advanced hunting trail cameras and hearing protection earmuffs. K-Tech is scaling its advanced hunting trail cameras manufacturing to meet a projected shipping volume of 800,000 units annually. K-Tech expects to ship approximately 2M units of electronic and passive hearing protection to the U.S. market.
K-Tech Signs MOU with Boardware for AI Hardware Development
K-Tech Solutions Company announced signing a memorandum of understanding with Boardware Intelligence Technology. K-Tech will act as Boardware's exclusive hardware development and engineering partner for Boardware's AI and Brain-Computer Interface product platform.This partnership expands K-Tech's capabilities into AI-enabled wearable and neural-interface hardware. The Company will leverage its expertise in rapid prototyping, precision engineering, and production management to support the commercialization of Boardware's "Barco" Ecosystem, which integrates neural-signal processing with high-performance hardware architecture to enhance Human-Computer Interaction. The collaboration is expected to accelerate the development cycle of the Barco product line, allowing for a phased market entry starting in late 2026. For investors, this represents K-Tech's strategic expansion toward technology-intensive hardware manufacturing, positioning the Company as a participant in the development of next-generation AI-enabled devices.
K-Tech Solutions Enters Joint Venture Agreement with Aurora AZ Energy
K-Tech Solutions announced that its subsidiary has entered a joint venture agreement, as supplemented, with Aurora AZ Energy, to develop large-scale crypto mining, artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure in Alberta, Canada. The Joint Venture plans to develop an initial 100 megawatts of IT capacity at Aurora's flagship site in Alberta. Expansion beyond this level, potentially up to 500 MW over time, would be subject to securing additional power supply, land and capital. Aurora AZ Energy Ltd. is a specialist in wellhead energy solutions. By integrating natural gas resources directly at the wellhead with advanced power generation technologies, Aurora intends to utilize natural gas resources to sustainably support high-density computing operations. The Joint Venture expects wellhead-sourced power to deliver energy costs meaningfully below prevailing grid rates in North America, positioning the partnership's facilities as a cost-efficient platform for data center environments on the continent. Additionally, the Joint Venture intends to convert natural gas that might otherwise be flared to generate power for computing operations, reducing waste. Under the terms of the Joint Venture, Aurora will supply power-rich data center sites sourced from its wellhead energy portfolio, while K-Tech will lead the design, development, and operations of the computing facilities. Together, the parties will deploy purpose-built, high-density data centers optimized for crypto mining, AI training/inference, and other compute-intensive workloads. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals, including applicable provincial energy and environmental permits in Alberta.
K-Tech Solutions opens at $4.48, IPO priced at $4.00
K-Tech Solutions, a Hong Kong based toy designer, priced its initial public offering of 1.6M shares at $4.00 per share. The shares are trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "KMRK." American Trust Investment Services acted as the representative of the underwriters and sole book-running manager for the offering.
