Fortitude Mining's 15 MW Facility Joins SPP Wholesale Markets

Fortitude Mining announced that its 15-megawatt, MW, facility in Aurora, Nebraska, is participating in the Southwest Power Pool, SPP, wholesale electricity markets through Dispatchable Demand Response, DDR, representing another milestone in Fortitude's strategy to build and operate vertically integrated digital asset mining infrastructure with flexible power capabilities. The Aurora Facility, served by Southern Public Power District through a wholesale supply agreement with Nebraska Public Power District, is designed to adjust its electricity usage in response to grid conditions and market signals, allowing for demand-side flexibility while supporting the efficient operation of its mining infrastructure.

HeartSciences Files Definitive Proxy Statement for Merger with Fortitude

HeartSciences announced that it has filed its definitive proxy statement with the SEC in connection with its previously announced proposed business combination with Fortitude Mining Holdings, a vertically-integrated digital asset mining platform anchored in Zcash. HeartSciences has scheduled a Special Meeting of Shareholders for November 19 to consider and vote upon the proposed transaction and related proposals. Shareholders of record as of October 8 are entitled to vote at the meeting. Under the terms of the definitive merger agreement, HeartSciences and Fortitude have agreed to combine in an all-stock transaction. Upon completion, the combined company is expected to operate under the Fortitude brand, with its Class A common stock expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "TUDE."

HeartSciences MyoVista Device Receives FDA 510 Clearance

HeartSciences announced that the FDA has granted 510 clearance for its MyoVista wavECG device as a 12-lead resting electrocardiograph. The clearance covers the acquisition and interpretation of ECG signals from adult and pediatric patients in hospitals and healthcare facilities, with interpretive statements provided to clinicians on an advisory basis. The clearance does not include an AI-ECG algorithm.
