Eva Live Expands into Online Gaming Market via IGA

Eva Live announced its expansion into the global online gaming and lottery industry through its 60% majority ownership of International Gaming Alliance, or IGA, and appoints two of IGA's three managers. IGA has entered into a three-year Master Services Agreement with Lottery.com International covering approved lottery and gaming operations, technology, affiliate marketing, digital media, commercialization and international expansion. The relationship creates an international operating framework across Canada, Central America, South America, Southeast Asia and West Africa, combining Lottery.com International's gaming technology, digital brands, affiliate and media infrastructure with Eva Live's artificial intelligence, software development, advertising technology, analytics and customer-acquisition capabilities. IGA has access, as necessary for its performance, to Lottery.com International technologies including Nexus and Spektrum, with additional territories subject to approval. IGA may establish affiliate, media, referral and commercial partnerships and may collaborate on approved initiatives involving Sports.com, Concerts.com and TicketStub.com. Eva Live intends to deploy its existing AI, software, digital advertising, analytics and customer-acquisition infrastructure through IGA to support international gaming operations, customer growth, engagement and commercialization. Independent industry research cited by the company projects the global online gambling market to grow from approximately $97.7B in 2026 to more than $200B by 2033.

Eva Live Signs LOI to Acquire 51% Stake in Airbeam Wireless for $16M

Eva Live announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a controlling 51% interest in Airbeam Wireless Technologies, with an option to acquire the remaining 49%, in a transaction valuing Airbeam at approximately $16M. "Artificial intelligence will define the next generation of autonomous systems-but intelligence alone isn't enough," said David Boulette, CEO of Eva Live. Eva Live Forms Wholly Owned Subsidiary Eva Defense Inc.

Eva Live announced the formation of its first wholly owned subsidiary, Eva Defense Inc., a strategic initiative designed to pursue acquisitions and partnerships within the rapidly growing drone, autonomous systems, and defense technology sectors. Eva Defense Inc. will focus on identifying and acquiring companies involved in drone technologies, autonomous platforms, artificial intelligence applications, surveillance systems, advanced sensor technologies, robotics, and other defense-related innovations. Eva Defense is expected to actively evaluate acquisition candidates that possess proprietary technologies, established customer relationships, intellectual property portfolios, and scalable business models. The Company believes the defense technology sector remains highly fragmented and presents substantial consolidation opportunities.
