DarioHealth Launches Integrated GLP-1 Program
DarioHealth announced the launch of Dario's Integrated GLP-1 Program, the first commercial offering built on the company's recently announced collaboration with Beluga Health. Dario has supported members on GLP-1 therapy for years through AI-powered engagement, connected monitoring, nutrition and behavioral coaching. Now, with Beluga's network of licensed healthcare providers, Dario delivers medical evaluation, prescribing of FDA-approved GLP-1 medications where clinically appropriate, and ongoing clinical oversight inside the same platform members already use. Digital care and clinical care are no longer separate. They are one continuous experience under one roof.
DarioHealth Issues 3.45 Million Shares at $6.80 Each
DarioHealth announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreements with current long term Dario institutional investors as well as new fundamental investors for the purchase and sale of 3,454,559 shares of common stock at a price of $6.80 per share, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. A member of the company's Board of Directors participated in the offering by purchasing 14,430 shares of the company's common stock at a purchase price of $6.93 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $23.5M, before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 23. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
