DarioHealth Expands Contract with Regional Retailer to Include Women's Health Solution

DarioHealth announced that a regional grocery retailer client has expanded its contract with Dario to add Dario Women, the company's recently launched women's health solution supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause symptoms. The expanded program will be offered to eligible insured employees in January 2027. The client, a regional grocery retailer with over 200 stores and more than 19,000 employees, has used Dario's cardiometabolic solution since the beginning of 2025. Based on employee demand, the client was actively seeking a Women's Health solution in the market and selected Dario's newly-launched program after evaluation in collaboration with their benefit consultant. Dario Women launched in August 2026 as an extension of Dario's provider-backed cardiometabolic platform. The program combines AI-powered engagement, personalized human-led behavioral coaching and access to licensed healthcare providers to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

DarioHealth Signs New Contract with Major Health Plan in New Jersey

DarioHealth announced a new contract with a leading health plan in New Jersey, one of the largest in the state representing approximately 1.5M covered lives. The agreement was secured through Dario's strategic channel partnership with Amwell and is expected to launch and begin generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027. The new agreement represents a significant expansion of Dario's reach into large health plan populations and further demonstrates the scalability of the company's channel distribution strategy. As an administrative services only health plan, the customer provides Dario with the opportunity to access a large population of self-funded employer groups that will be able to deploy Dario's cardiometabolic solutions.
