Baird Medical Enters Exclusive Distribution Agreement with China Resources Medical Devices
Baird Medical announced that its subsidiary in the People's Republic of China, Nanjing Changcheng Medical Equipment Company Limited, has entered into a distribution agreement with China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Medical Devices, a subsidiary of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group. Under the agreement, China Resources Medical Devices will serve as the exclusive distributor for Baird's specified microwave ablation products in 19 key markets in the People's Republic of China, with a focus on regions where Baird has historically had a limited direct commercial presence. On execution of the agreement, China Resources Medical Devices placed an initial order totaling about RMB 6M, or $900,000. "This partnership with China Resources Medical Devices, one of the leading medical technology distributors in the PRC, provides another important validation of our technology. It will further strengthen our leadership position in China and help accelerate access to hospitals in previously untapped regions. With their extensive distribution network and nationwide prominence, we believe that adding our products to China Resources' portfolio could help drive further adoption of our MWA technology throughout the country. We remain committed to growing our business in the Chinese market, and expect that this agreement will play an important role in achieving this goal while we continue to expand in other key global markets, including the U.S.," said Haimei Wu, chairwoman and CEO of Baird Medical.

Baird Medical Investment Holdings announced additional medical device registrations in Vietnam. Baird Medical Receives Product Registrations in Pakistan
Baird Medical announced that the BD-GT Microwave Ablation System and T-1610 Disposable Microwave Ablation Needle have received product registrations from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, further supporting the company's commercial activities in the country. The registrations build on Baird Medical's existing presence in Pakistan, where the company announced regulatory approvals and initial commercial availability at the Armed Forces Institute of Radiology & Imaging in January. Microwave ablation is increasingly being utilized as a minimally invasive treatment approach for benign and malignant soft tissue tumors, offering physicians the ability to precisely ablate targeted tissue while potentially reducing the burden associated with more invasive surgical procedures. Earlier this year, physicians in Vietnam and Argentina successfully completed their first microwave ablation procedures using Baird Medical's technology, demonstrating the progression from market entry to clinical utilization.
Baird Medical and Tianjin Yuanshan Medical Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Baird Medical and Tianjin Yuanshan Medical announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a long-term partnership focused on global development and commercialization of next-generation IRE technologies. Under the partnership, the companies will initially collaborate on IRE, an advanced, non-thermal ablation technology that uses electrical pulses to destroy targeted tissue while preserving surrounding critical structures, such as blood vessels and nerves. Baird Medical and Alpmed plan to submit a 510 application for the first co-developed product to the FDA by the end of 2026, with the potential to receive regulatory clearance in 2027. The first device is intended for the ablation of soft tissue solid tumors in the liver, breast, thyroid, and prostate. Baird Medical will lead the global regulatory approval processes, including in the U.S., and holds worldwide commercialization rights for this IRE product.
