Vulcan Infrastructure Appoints New Board Members

Vulcan Infrastructure and Power announced the appointment of Robert Foley, Allan Rothschild, and Jacky Wu to its Board of Directors, in connection with the closing of the Company's $39.4M strategic investment. Since January, Foley has served as a senior advisor to TPG Real Estate and as a member of its investment review committees, following more than a decade with TPG Real Estate as a partner and managing director. Most recently, Rothschild served as general counsel and vice president of Allerand Capital, a real estate-focused private family office, from 2022 through 2025. Wu has served as a director of Brightspeed Inc. since May 2025 and served as its president from May 2025 through June. As announced on September 10, Vulcan completed a $39.4M strategic investment from affiliates of Machine Investment Group and Atlas Holdings, together with institutional investors including Conversant Capital and certain Company insiders. The Board appointments were made in connection with the closing of the transaction.
