Tuniu receives noncompliance notification from Nasdaq
Tuniu announced that it has received written notification from the staff of the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq, indicating that for the last 30 consecutive business days, the closing bid price for the company's American depositary shares was below the minimum bid price of $1.00 per share requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450. The Nasdaq notification letter has no current effect on the listing or trading of the company's securities on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Tuniu reports Q4 EPS (3c)
Reports Q4 revenue $14.07M. "2024 was a year of significant achievements for Tuniu." said Mr. Donald Dunde Yu, Tuniu's founder, chairman and CEO. "On the product side, we strengthened our supply chain and introduced more new products and product lines. In terms of sales, we embraced new media channels and adopted an open approach, collaborating with both online and offline partners to explore new scenarios and opportunities. On the financial side, we achieved our first full-year GAAP profit since our listing on Nasdaq, while non-GAAP net income reached a record high. In 2025, we will continue to focus on innovation and high-quality development."
Tuniu regains compliance with Nasdaq
Tuniu announced that it has received a notification letter from Nasdaq informing the company that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).
Tuniu enters strategic cooperation with Tourism Authority of Thailand
Tuniu Corporation announced that the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Company have signed a Letter of Intent at the TAT head office in Bangkok on August 30, 2024. Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, TAT Governor, signed the agreement with Mr. Donald Yu, Tuniu's founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, in the presence of Ms. Chang Yumeng, Counsellor for Cultural Affairs of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Thailand. Thailand has always been one of the most popular overseas destinations for Chinese tourists. From January to July of this year, the number of trips of Tuniu's packaged tours to Thailand increased more than 160% year-over-year. The signing of LOI marks a significant step forward for TAT and Tuniu in strengthening partnership, and includes greater collaboration between the two parties in promotion and communication to enhance the overall travel experience for Chinese tourists in Thailand.
