Nasdaq Index Enters Correction Territory as Energy Prices Rise

Siga Technologies Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.60 per Share

Siga Technologies announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of 60c per share on the company's common stock. The amount of this dividend is consistent with the level of the special dividend declared in April. The dividend is payable on April 23 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7.

This represents the fourth straight year of a special cash dividend. The amount of the dividend declared is consistent with the level of the dividend declared in March 2024. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 29, 2025.
