PodcastOne Acquires Exclusive Sales Rights to Dropping Names
PodcastOne announced the acquisition of exclusive sales and distribution rights to Dropping Names and Other Things with Brent and Jonny, an entertainment podcast from Brent Spiner and Jonathan Frakes, in a multi-year deal. The first 15 episodes have near 3M downloads. Social following tops 500k across channels. This is the 12th podcast added to the network this year. Guests have included Seth MacFarlane, Nathan Fillion, LeVar Burton, Alan Tudyk, Ron Perlman, Joel McHale, Felicia Day, Jane Leeves, Michael Dorn and Tom Bergeron.

PodcastOne announced the acquisition of the exclusive sales and distribution rights to The Magnificent Others, the interview podcast series hosted by frontman of The Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan. PodcastOne will provide exclusive sales, marketing, and distribution for the show.

PodcastOne announced it has raised its fiscal year 2026 guidance to projected revenue of $68M-$75M and adjusted EBITDA of $7M-$10M. PodcastOne Anticipates Record FY26 Revenue Over $61M
PodcastOne (PODC) anticipates "record" FY26 results of $61M-plus in revenue and $6.3M-plus in adjusted EBITDA, including Q4 results that include $15M-plus in revenue and $2.3M-plus in adjusted EBITDA, the company announced. "Fiscal 2026 has been a transformational year for PodcastOne, with anticipated record revenue and profitability driven by disciplined execution and expanding demand for our content and advertising solutions. PodcastOne remains focused on scaling its platform, enhancing monetization opportunities, and delivering premium content to a growing global audience," said Robert Ellin, Chairman and CEO of LiveOne (LVO). LiveOne has acquired 2.3M PODC shares since going public, bringing total LVO ownership to 19.3M PODC shares, the company added.
