LOBO Signs $15M Annual Contract with AI Enterprise
LOBO announced that it has entered into a $15M annual contract with an artificial intelligence enterprise to provide AI products and large model application programming interface services. The first batch of four contracts totaling over $610,000 has been fully executed. The contract represents the first major commercial engagement following the launch of the company's intelligent distribution platform, LoboToken.ai, on May 28.

LOBO Receives Nasdaq Notice for Price Below $1
LOBO announced that it received a notification letter from Nasdaq indicating that the company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550 for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. According to the letter, the closing bid price of the company's ordinary shares was below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days.
