JE Cleantech Reveals Sale of Industrial Property
JE Cleantech announced that JCS-Echigo, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JE Cleantech, has completed the sale of its leasehold industrial property located at 17 Woodlands Sector 1 Singapore 738354 for approximately SGD$7.39 million. The sale of this Industrial Property gave rise to a net gain of approximately SGD$3.70 million over the net book value. The sale was to an unaffiliated third party, under the option to purchase agreement previously announced on December 17, 2024.
JE Cleantech Holdings Announces 1H Revenue of S$6.5M, Down from S$10.7M Last Year
The Group maintains a healthy order book value for its cleaning systems and other equipment of approximately S$16M as at June 30, 2025. Commenting on JE Cleantech's performance, Founder and CEO Ms. Hong Bee Yin said, "We believe that ongoing economic uncertainty has affected our revenue performance. Nevertheless, the Group continues to focus on strengthening market traction for our products and services, while developing adjacent product offerings to diversify our revenue streams."

Commenting on JE Cleantech's performance, Founder and CEO Ms. Hong Bee Yin said, "We remain committed to our pursuit of innovation, enhancing customer relationships, and leveraging the longstanding relationships we have with our customers to build traction for our products and services, as well as closely monitoring our cost dynamics, we aim to continue our trajectory of success."
JE Cleantech announces option agreement to sell industrial property
JE Cleantech Holdings has entered into an option to purchase agreement with an independent and third party purchaser for the sale of its leasehold industrial property located at 17 Woodlands Sector 1 Singapore 738354 for SGD7,393,000 with the expected completion date of the transaction to occur by June 30, 2025. An initial deposit equivalent to five percent of the selling price amounting to SGD369,650 has been collected by our subsidiary. The sale of this industrial building will give rise to a net gain of approximately SGD3.7M over the net book value upon completion. Nonetheless, the completion of this sale is conditioned mainly upon complying with the terms and conditions in obtaining consent from the lessor of the industrial property to the sale, transfer and/or assignment of the property and the unexpired leasehold interest in the industrial property to the purchaser.
JE Cleantech Holdings regains compliance with Nasdaq requirement
JE Cleantech Holdings received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Compliance Letter informed the Company that it had regained compliance with Nasdaq's bid price requirement in Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), as required by the Hearing Panel's decision dated July 15, 2024. Accordingly, the Company's common stock will continue to be listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market and Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
