flyExclusive Opens New Office in Raleigh, Revenue Reaches $376 Million
flyExclusive will formally mark the opening of its Raleigh corporate operations office with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, September 30. Company leadership, clients, partners, invited media, and local business and civic leaders will attend. The opening represents the next phase of growth for flyExclusive. The company has grown into one of the country's largest private jet charter companies, bringing in nearly $376M in revenue last year and reported record second-quarter revenue, up 22% year over year. The 24,000-square-foot office adds the capacity to meet growing client demand and membership sales by bringing leadership, finance, technology, and commercial operations together in one place. Putting the teams that serve the same clients in the same building shortens decision cycles and helps flyExclusive respond faster to client demand. The office was intentionally designed to have technology drive a lot of what we do today and how we innovate. This includes how the company invested heavily into using AI over the past year to streamline its operations. More than 150 employees are now based in Raleigh, and the company expects to create more than 100 additional aviation jobs in Eastern North Carolina. Hiring continues companywide across flight operations, maintenance and MRO, commercial and customer teams, and corporate functions.

flyExclusive Jet Club Membership Sales Reach Historic Highs
flyExclusive announced consecutive monthly operating records that underscore accelerating demand for its redesigned Jet Club membership program and continued momentum across its private aviation platform. May established a new company record for flight hours, while June became the strongest non-holiday sales month in Jet Club history. Based on current sales trends, flyExclusive believes Jet Club membership sales are on pace to reach the highest annual level in company history. "Everything we're seeing points in the same direction," said Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of flyExclusive. "Customers are joining at a faster pace, they're depositing more capital, they're flying more hours, and they're staying engaged with the platform. Those are exactly the indicators we want to see as we continue scaling the business."
flyExclusive Completes Acquisition of Jet.AI Aviation Assets
flyExclusive (FLYX) announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of the aviation assets of Jet.AI (JTAI). The transaction adds a diversified portfolio of strategic assets that further strengthens flyExclusive's operating platform and supports the Company's disciplined strategy of expanding its fleet, growing its customer base and deploying capital into opportunities to create long-term shareholder value. The acquisition includes: Jet.AI's Jet Card members expected to generate additional flying activity across the flyExclusive platform. Two HondaJet aircraft and a Citation CJ4 aircraft. Approximately $4.1M securing three future Citation CJ3 delivery positions scheduled for 2027, supporting continued expansion of flyExclusive's industry-leading light jet fleet. Approximately $6.1M of securities, consisting of an indirect ownership, through a special purpose vehicle, of publicly traded Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SPCX) shares. Approximately $5.3M of cash to support continued investment in accretive fleet growth. Among the most valuable aviation assets acquired are future Citation CJ3 delivery positions. The transaction consideration also includes indirect ownership, held through a special purpose vehicle, of SPCX shares. The SPV's direct interest is subject to pre-IPO lock-up restriction releasing on a staggered schedule until December 2026. flyExclusive intends to monetize the direct or indirect position in an orderly manner, converting them to cash to fund fleet growth and operating initiatives. Following the closing, flyExclusive expects to immediately begin integrating the acquired customers and aircraft into its operations while evaluating the most attractive deployment of the acquired financial assets and growth capital.
