Franklin Wireless announces special one-time dividend of 4 cents per share
Franklin Wireless announced that its board of directors has approved a one-time special dividend of 4c per share. The dividend will be payable on December 2 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 14. "The Board's approval of this special dividend reflects our ongoing commitment to creating value for shareholders. We thank our investors for their continued confidence and support," said OC Kim, President and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Wireless. "We remain focused on driving long-term growth through continued innovation and operational excellence."

Franklin Access appoints Ira Greenstein to Board of Directors
Franklin Wireless appointed Ira Greenstein to the company's Board of Directors, effective February 17. Greenstein is a Founding Partner of the Pierson Ferdinand law firm. He previously served as Deputy Assistant and Strategist to the President during the first Trump Administration. Before his government service, he was President of IDT Corporation and Genie Energy. He is currently a member of the board of Forafric Global plc. (NASDAQ: AFRI), where he serves on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.Greenstein will be replacing Gary Nelson on the Board as Nelson has decided to resign from the Board to enjoy more time with his family.
