5E Advanced Materials highlighted commercial progress, strengthening global boron market fundamentals, and continued advancement of its Fort Cady Boron Project during a Water Tower Research Fireside Chat. 5E's CEO, Paul Weibel, discussed accelerating commercial execution, including five customer Heads of Agreement, one Letter of Intent, and ongoing discussions with additional domestic and international customers. These commercial milestones demonstrate increasing customer demand for a reliable U.S. source of boric acid while supporting the Fort Cady Project's path toward commercial production and bankability. "Over the past several months, we have made meaningful progress executing our commercial strategy, demonstrating growing customer interest in establishing a reliable domestic source of boric acid," said Paul Weibel, Chief Executive Officer. "As global boron market fundamentals continue to strengthen, we believe Fort Cady is uniquely positioned to supply critical boron materials needed across advanced manufacturing, energy, defense and other strategic industries while creating long-term value through product diversification."

5E Advanced Materials Signs Offtake Agreements with Two Chemical Customers

5E Advanced Materials signed offtake heads of agreement with two chemical customers for the purchase of technical grade, granular boric acid from the Company's Fort Cady Integrated Boron Facility located in Southern California. The HOAs include multi-year, take-or-pay volume commitments and are the latest additions to a broader series of offtake agreements the Company has signed in recent months. Each HOA carries an initial five-calendar-year term with an automatic five-year renewal, for a total term of up to ten years. Together, the HOAs provide for combined annual volumes of approximately 1,900 to 7,100 short tons.
