FBS Global Receives Nasdaq Warning for FBGL Non-Compliance with Minimum Bid Price
FBS Global disclosed that it had received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that FBGL is not currently in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rules. The Notice indicated that the Company has 180 days, or until October 12, 2026, to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement by having the closing bid price of the Ordinary Shares meet or exceed $1.00 per Ordinary Share for at least ten consecutive business days.
FBS Global Secures Exclusive Commercialization Rights in International Markets
FBS Global has secured exclusive commercialization rights across international markets for advanced green and intelligent building technologies, strengthening the Company's capabilities in sustainable construction and next-generation building systems. The agreement grants FBS exclusive rights to deploy, promote, and commercialize innovative technologies designed to enhance digital building design, intelligent building systems and energy-efficient construction materials, supporting the Company's strategy to expand beyond traditional construction services into integrated smart infrastructure and sustainable building solutions.The technologies include patented intelligent digital building systems, as well as environmentally friendly construction materials designed to reduce material consumption, improve construction efficiency and enhance building energy performance. Under the agreement, the technologies will be deployed across FBS' project markets during an initial 12-month commercialization and validation period. Following this period, FBS Global will have the priority right to negotiate the acquisition of related patents and intellectual property assets, subject to commercial performance and mutually agreed terms.
FBS Global Signs Strategic Supply Chain Partnership with Target Procurement of $20M
FBS Global announced a strategic supply chain partnership designed to support the Company's expanding construction project pipeline through enhanced access to critical building materials and improved procurement efficiency. The collaboration is expected to strengthen FBS Global's upstream sourcing capabilities while supporting the Company's ability to execute technically complex construction projects across Singapore's commercial, industrial and public infrastructure sectors. The strategic procurement arrangement may enable the Company to source certain materials at target pricing levels below prevailing market levels in Singapore, potentially improving procurement efficiency and strengthening the Company's competitiveness in future project tenders. The agreement has been entered into by Finebuild Systems, the Company's Singapore operating subsidiary, together with Fastfixs Systems and Linyi Metal Products, establishing a framework for long-term cooperation covering the supply of key construction materials and industrial metal products. The partnership targets procurement volumes of approximately $20M through December 31, 2027, supporting Finebuild's expanding project pipeline and ongoing participation in commercial and public infrastructure developments. Under the agreement, the parties will collaborate on strategic procurement, supply chain coordination and project opportunity referrals. The arrangement is designed to support access to critical construction materials, including steel, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and related building components, supporting efficient project execution. In addition to material supply, the parties intend to collaborate on project opportunities and industry relationships where appropriate, including potential joint participation in construction tenders where appropriate.

FBS Global Secures $78.5 Million Project Pipeline
FBS Global provided a business update highlighting a secured project pipeline totaling US$78.5 million across eight construction contracts and sub-contracts. The awarded projects comprise additions and alterations, renovations, new building erection, thermal insulation installation, drywall partition systems, false ceiling works, interior design and fit-out elements, and retrofitting of existing structures, including new annex blocks and ancillary workers' dormitory facilities.
