enGene Therapeutics Changes Board Chairman

enGene Therapeutics announced changes to its Board of Directors as it plans for potential regulatory milestones and to support commercial readiness for detalimogene voraplasmid if approved. Detalimogene is being evaluated in the ongoing, open-label, multi-cohort, Phase 2 LEGEND trial to establish its safety and efficacy in high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. LEGEND's cohort consists of 125 patients with high-risk, Bacillus Calmette-Guerin-unresponsive NMIBC with carcinoma in situ. Richard Glickman has served as enGene's Chairman for over 14 years and will be stepping down. Michael Heffernan assumes the role of Chairman of the Board.
