Ceragon Reports Q2 Revenue of $93.9M, Beating Consensus
Reports Q2 revenue $93.9M, consensus $86.45M. CEO Doron Arazi commented: "Our second quarter reflects the benefits of the strategy we've been executing over the past several years. Ceragon Books Approximately $120M in Orders from Indian Operators
Ceragon announced that it has received and booked approximately $120M in orders year-to-date from operators in India. These booked orders represent an increase from the approximately $86M announced in May and reflect continued strong demand from two of the country's mobile operators.
Ceragon Secures $70M New Agreement with APAC Customer
Ceragon announced that an APAC customer has awarded Ceragon a new five-year agreement valued at approximately $70M. Under the agreement, Ceragon will continue supplying transport solutions and services to support the operator's mobile network infrastructure. The new agreement includes the supply and deployment of Ceragon's recent technologies such as IP-50CX, IP-50GP, and E-band solutions including IP-50E, IP-50EX, and IP-50EXP. The expanded scope also includes dedicated technical support resources working alongside the operator's teams, as well as the potential future expansion of managed services to include Ceragon Insight network monitoring software.
Ceragon Networks Awarded $3.4M Contract in Mexico
Ceragon Networks announced it has been awarded a two-year, $3.4M managed services contract with a major mobile operator in Mexico. The contract covers SLA-based support for a large multivendor network environment comprising approximately 2,290 links. The award follows Ceragon's previously announced $2.7M, two-year managed services contract with a major mobile operator in Colombia, which includes remote technical support, on-site assistance, spare management, and use of Ceragon's Network Digital Twin for predictive and preventive maintenance. Under the new contract, Ceragon will provide 24/7/365 technical support, corrective maintenance, emergency response, remote and on-site assistance, spare parts' stock management, logistics, repair coordination, and local refurbishment services in Mexico. The scope also includes monthly reporting on availability, progress, brand type, and ticket type.
