Buda Juice Reports Q2 Revenue of $4.5M
Reports Q2 revenue $4.5M vs $3.6M last year. Horatio Lonsdale Hands, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Buda Juice, said: "Something important is happening in the grocery juice category. For decades, the category has been built around pasteurized, shelf-stable juice, and consumers are increasingly walking past it. What they respond to, powerfully, is truly fresh juice, with strong value, merchandised cold in the produce section. Fresh juice is not a premium version of the existing category; it behaves like a different category of beverage altogether, a daily staple enjoyed by adults and children alike. Major grocery retailers are beginning to recognize this and to reset their juice sections around fresh. We believe this is a structural shift, not a merchandising trend, and the early data is striking. For example, in one recent installation at a large retailer, the Buda Fresh section occupies roughly one third of the juice cooler. Yet, we believe it may be outselling the entire adjacent pasteurized juice set. It is a single early data point, but it is consistent with what we are seeing in our established markets: when consumers are offered truly fresh juice, it wins decisively."

Buda Juice Reports Q1 Adjusted EPS of 5 Cents, Revenue of $3.5M
Reports Q1 adjusted EPS 5c. Reports Q1 revenue $3.5M vs $3M last year. Horatio Lonsdale-Hands, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Buda Juice, commented: "The first quarter of fiscal 2026 represents a meaningful milestone for Buda Juice. It was effectively our first full quarter as a public company, and we delivered on our commitments. Revenue grew nearly 18% year over year, above the mid-teens outlook we discussed on our last earnings call, while free cash flow increased 37% from the prior-year period. Gross margin was impacted by a temporary spike in lime costs following supply chain disruptions in western Mexico in March. Improved labor efficiency, with labor costs as a percentage of revenue improving more than 150 basis points year over year, helped partially offset the impact. Conditions stabilized by the end of the quarter, and we do not currently view this as reflective of the underlying economics of our business. Subsequent to quarter's end, Buda Juice reached another major milestone with the expansion of Buda Fresh(TM) Cherry Limeade into 246 Walmart stores across nine states. This significantly expanded our geographic footprint beyond Texas and represents an important early step in demonstrating that the Ultra Fresh category and our Fresh35 degrees cold-chain platform can scale into broader multi-state distribution. When we went public in January, we stated that expanding distribution and bringing our products to more consumers would be a key next step for the Company. We believe this expansion reflects continued progress against that strategy."

Buda Juice Reports FY25 Revenue of $12.6M
Reports FY25 revenue $12.6M vs $11.3M last year. Horatio Lonsdale-Hands, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Buda Juice, commented: "Fiscal 2025 was an important year for Buda Juice. We delivered double-digit revenue growth, remained profitable, generated free cash flow, and completed our IPO in January 2026. Our business continues to be built on the strength of our Ultra Fresh platform. Through our Fresh35 cold chain, we produce, package, and deliver products cold, without pasteurization, HPP, or other processing. We entered 2026 with a stronger balance sheet and capital to invest in growth. We believe these initiatives position us well for our next phase of development."
