Net Interest Income Reaches $20 Million, Up $1.2 Million Year-over-Year
Net interest income was $20.0 million for the second quarter of 2026, an increase of $1.2 million over the first quarter of 2026, and an increase of $1.2 million compared to $18.8 million for the second quarter of 2025. Net interest margin for the second quarter of 2026 was 3.86%, an increase of 23 basis points when compared to the first quarter of 2026, and an increase of 32 basis points when compared to the second quarter of 2025. President/CEO Edward Dietzler spoke to the quarter results, "We are pleased with our strong second quarter performance, which reflects the continued execution of our strategic priorities and the resilience of our franchise. Net income totaled $7.1 million, or diluted earnings per share of $1.04, supported by a 6% increase in net interest income and continued expansion of our net interest margin compared to the first quarter of 2026."
Company Reports Q1 2026 Net Income of $6.2 Million
President/CEO Edward Dietzler commented on the quarter results, "The Company started 2026 with a strong quarterly performance, with net income of $6.2 million and diluted EPS of $0.91. These results were supported by an increase in non-interest income of over 15%, as well as a reduction in credit provision, and an improved net interest margin when compared to the fourth quarter of 2025."
Bank Reports Net Income of $6.1 Million and EPS of $0.90
President/CEO Edward Dietzler commented on the quarter results, "The Bank achieved another strong quarter, with net income of $6.1 million and diluted EPS of $0.90. These results were supported by an increase in non-interest income of over 11%, as well as a reduction in operating expenses of 8.5%, in each case compared to the third quarter of this year. These metrics also improved to a lesser extent when compared to the fourth quarter of 2024."
Bank of Princeton Raises Dividend by 16.7% to $0.35 per Share
Princeton Bancorp declared a cash dividend of 35c per share of the common stock of the company. This dividend will be paid on November 26 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 7.
Bank of Princeton announces Q3 earnings per share of 95 cents, exceeding consensus estimate of 90 cents.
Reports Q3 net interest margin 3.77%, up 23 basis points vs. Q2 and 36 basis points vs. 3Q24. Tangible book value per common share was $36.80 from $35.45 last quarter. Tier 1 capital ratio to average assets was 11.15% from 10.63% last quarter. CEO Edward Dietzler commented, "The Bank achieved strong quarterly results, with a net income of $6.5M and an EPS of 9c5. These results were driven by a 23-basis-point increase in the net interest margin to 3.77%, as compared to the prior quarter, reflecting improvements that were driven by higher asset yields and a reduction in funding costs."
