Company Reports 1H Revenue of $41M, Up 20.5%
Reports 1H revenue $41M vs. $34.1M last year. "We are pleased to report our growth in both revenue and net income for the six months ended September 30, 2025," said Jie Xiao, CEO. "Our strategic focus on deepening relationships with insurance brokerages has yielded positive results, driving a 42.8% increase in service volume in our core auto insurance aftermarket business. Despite a shift in the service mix that slightly impacted gross margins, our ability to control administrative costs and streamline operations allowed us to deliver a 39% increase in net income. We believe that the results demonstrate the scalability of our platform and the strength of our insurer and brokerage partnerships. New contract acquisitions and greater utilization of value-added services, including, inspections, risk screening, rescue and maintenance services also facilitated our growth during the reporting period. Looking ahead, the Company is focused on converting recent strategic initiatives into revenue and margin gains. New commercial collaborations, including the strategic alliance aimed at enhancing auto insurance and supply chain finance capabilities with Huijian Information Technology Co., Ltd., as well as our previously announced partnership with a car distributor targeted at building a technology-oriented physical automotive service platform, are expected to expand our market presence, broaden insurance and financing solutions, and generate additional cross-selling opportunities for both the Company and our partners."
YSX TECH Enters Framework Cooperation Agreement with Huijian Information Technology
YSX TECH entered into a two-year Framework Cooperation Agreement with Huijian Information Technology Service Co., which focuses on three key areas: enhancing auto insurance services, strengthening supply chain finance capabilities, and developing insurance products. Established in 2015, Huijian offers automotive lifecycle services. It leverages artificial intelligence to lead data management, and holds intellectual property portfolio in automotive data processing and supply chain analysis. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company expects to bring into the partnership its insurer network, industry resources, and professional services. Leveraging the combined strengths, Huijian and the Company intend to work together on the following three core areas: The Company plans to utilize Huijian's supply chain network for exclusive service delivery to car owners when securing service orders from insurer partners This is expected to enable the Company to provide standardized, high-quality after-sales services for car owners and strengthen the Company's offline presence. Leveraging Huijian's operational and credit data from its business, the Company aims to build credit profiles for participants in the automotive supply chain. Through its insurer network and, based on and subject to such credit profiles, the Company intends to provide credit enhancement services, such as credit guarantee insurance for participants, to facilitate streamlined access to financing from banks and other financial institutions. This is anticipated to strengthen Huijian's supply chain network and develop a new business for the Company. By combining Huijian's supply chain data with the Company's insurer resources, the companies aim to develop differentiated, customized insurance products. These may include usage-based auto insurance, parts warranty insurance, and policies tailored to specific models and driving behavior. Huijian's data are anticipated to optimize insurance pricing and underwriting, with a goal of allowing insurers to target markets more effectively and enhance the collaboration between the Company and its insurer partners.
YSX TECH Relocates R&D Center to New Location in Guangzhou
YSX TECH announced that the Company has relocated its research and development center to a new expanded location at Building 9, East Zone, Times Fangzhou, No. 2 Huazhou Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China. On September 27, the Company officially moved its R&D Center to the new location. The new facility provides a 30% increase in usable space over the previous site, offering additional room for technology development, business meetings, and team collaboration. The expanded space is intended to support the Company's anticipated business growth and team expansion, as well as technological innovation and product upgrades, in furtherance of the Company's commitment to the insurance-technology sector and its long-term strategic vision.
YSX TECH Signs Strategic MOU with Guangdong Qingfeng Automobile Group
YSX TECH announced that the Company and Guangdong Qingfeng Automobile Group entered into a non-binding strategic Memorandum of Understanding to establish a long-term collaboration that integrates YSXT's digital platform and SaaS capabilities with Qingfeng's extensive offline automotive sales and service network. The MOU sets a framework for jointly building a "Technology + Physical" converged platform to accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and develop new market and business models that create a second growth curve for both companies. Under the MOU, the Company and Qingfeng will collaborate on the following fronts: Apply digital tools The Company plans to explore digital tools to enhance operational efficiency across Qingfeng's sales and service network. By gradually integrating selected systems, the initiative aims to improve coordination, streamline certain processes, and support overall productivity improvements over time. Build a regional service ecosystem YSXT and Qingfeng will integrate, certify and manage local repair shops, parts suppliers and service providers on a searchable, auditable platform, creating a quality-controlled network that improves customer experience, increases order flow to partners and supports scalable expansion. Brand upgrade and industry benchmark The collaboration will position a "technology-enabled physical service" model as a market benchmark by delivering measurable efficiency and standardized service, strengthening regional brand recognition and commercial leverage. Joint innovation and IP monetization YSXT and Qingfeng will co-develop SaaS products, service standards and operating models, capturing replicable know-how and intellectual property that can be deployed internally or commercialized externally.
