Enric Asuncion: Q2 2026 Order Intake Improves
CEO Enric Asuncion said, "In Q2 of 2026, we saw sequential improvement in order intake, reflecting encouraging commercial traction across our core markets. However, this was not yet fully reflected in revenue, as we have been redefinding our vendor base, limiting our ability to convert orders into deliveries on schedule, resulting in a growing backlog. At the same time, we completed our previously announced financial restructuring, which gives us improved long-term financial visibility, and secured additional investors to strengthen our capital position. Going forward, we are focused on converting our growing backlog in a disciplined way, which we believe will support more efficient operations and continued progress toward profitability."
Wallbox and Turning Point Energy Surpass 10,000 EV Chargers Sold
Wallbox and Turning Point Energy, a leading EV infrastructure provider in Saudi Arabia, announced that they have surpassed 10,000 EV chargers sold and installed across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the beginning of their partnership in 2022. The milestone reflects the continued expansion of EV charging infrastructure across Saudi Arabia as electric mobility adoption accelerates throughout the region. Since partnering in 2022, Turning Point has supported the deployment of Wallbox AC and DC charging solutions across residential, commercial, and public charging environments nationwide. Under the collaboration, Turning Point serves as an official distributor, certified installer, and maintenance partner for Wallbox charging solutions in Saudi Arabia. The partnership has also supported charging infrastructure deployments connected to Turning Point's agreements with leading EV brands in the region, including BYD and Lucid, contributing to the continued expansion of Saudi Arabia's EV ecosystem.
Wallbox Receives NYSE Approval for Compliance Plan
Wallbox "announced that the New York Stock Exchange has accepted the Company's previously submitted plan to regain compliance with the NYSE continued listing standards. As previously announced, Wallbox received written notice from the NYSE on February 12, 2026, indicating that the Company was not in compliance with Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, relating to the Company's average global market capitalization and total stockholders' equity. Following its review, the NYSE accepted Wallbox's plan and confirmed that it is prepared to continue the listing of the Company at this time. Wallbox will now be given an 18-month cure period from the date of the Notice to regain conformity with continued listing standards by having stockholders' equity of at least $50 million or by having an average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading-day period of $50 million. The NYSE will perform semi-annual reviews during the plan period for compliance with the goals and initiatives outlined in the Company's plan. During the plan period, Wallbox's Class A ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE, subject to the Company's compliance with the plan, ongoing NYSE review, and continued compliance with other applicable NYSE listing standards, including the timely payment of all listing and annual fees owed to the NYSE."
