Stoneridge Secures $42.3M New Program Contract
Stoneridge announced a major new program award for its MirrorEye Camera Monitor System. The award, the largest bus and coach CMS program in Stoneridge's history, is with an existing bus platform of a global commercial vehicle manufacturer. The program represents approximately $42.3M in projected lifetime revenue and approximately $10.6M in estimated peak annual revenue, with full commercialization expected in 2027. "This latest program award is a strong signal of where the industry is headed and the broader transformation underway as OEMs accelerate the shift toward digitalization and next-generation technologies," said Natalia Noblet, President and CEO, at Stoneridge. "Transit operators are looking for safer, smarter, and more efficient solutions, and MirrorEye continues to deliver on all fronts. Just as importantly, it reflects the strength of our customer relationships and the trust we've built to create a foundation for continuous collaboration and future program opportunities."
Stoneridge Appoints Scott Humphrey as CFO
Stoneridge announced the appointment of Scott Humphrey to the position of chief financial officer and treasurer. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Fox Factory Holding Corporation. "Scott's appointment further strengthens our executive team at a pivotal stage in Stoneridge's growth," said Natalia Noblet, President and CEO of Stoneridge. "His extensive financial leadership experience, strategic mindset and proven track record of driving growth will be invaluable as we continue advancing our business and positioning Stoneridge for long-term success and profitability." "The company would also like to thank Bob Hartman for serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2026," Stoneridge said. "Since then, Hartman has provided steady leadership and continuity across the finance organization, helping ensure a seamless transition. Hartman will continue in his role as Chief Accounting Officer, where his expertise and leadership will remain instrumental in the company's continued success."

Stoneridge CEO Jim Zizelman to Retire on May 20
Stoneridge CEO and President Jim Zizelman is retiring, effective May 20, following nearly seven years of service to the company. The Board has appointed Natalia Noblet, current president of Stoneridge Electronics, as incoming president and CEO as part of a planned leadership transition. Zizelman will continue to serve as president and CEO until March 31, when he will transition into the role of strategic advisor. Noblet will assume the role of president and CEO and become a member of the board of directors on April 1. Zizelman will continue to serve on the board of directors and will be a board of directors' nominee for election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Zizelman joined Stoneridge in 2019. Noblet joined Stoneridge in September 2024 as president of Stoneridge Electronics. Prior to Stoneridge, she spent nearly two decades at WABCO in increasingly senior roles. Following WABCO's acquisition by ZF in 2020, she held senior leadership positions.
