Silvercrest Asset announces Q3 adjusted EPS of 19 cents, falling short of consensus estimate of 29 cents.
Reports Q3 revenue $31.3M, consensus $32.12M. Silvercrest's total AUM increased by $2.5B, or 7.1%, to $37.6B at September 30 from $35.1B at September 30, 2024. The increase in total AUM was attributable to market appreciation of $2.3B and net client inflows of $0.2B.

Silvercrest appoints Van Martin as head of U.S. consultant relations
Silvercrest Asset Management Group announced the appointment of Van Martin as Head of U.S. Consultant Relations. In this role, Martin will oversee the firm's initiatives to strengthen its partnerships with new and existing institutional investors, deepen consultant relationships, and expand the growth of Silvercrest's institutional business in the U.S. As a Partner and Managing Director at Silvercrest, Mr. Martin brings over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the firm's U.S.-based investment capabilities.
Silvercrest Asset reports Q4 EPS 20c, consensus 28c
Reports Q4 revenue $31.96M, consensus $32.11M. Total AUM as of year-end 2024 reached $36.5B as of December 31 up 9.6% from $33.3B at year-end 2023. Discretionary AUM, which drives revenue, rose 6.4% to $23.3B from $21.9 B . Overall, total asset flows and market increases were a net positive for the firm and will drive an increase in future revenue. Revenue for the year increased 5.3% to $123.7M from $117.4M with Q4 revenue up 12.0% over Q4 2023, to $32M from $28.M Strategically, in addition to building the firm's new Global Value Equity strategy, we have hired business development and market leads in Atlanta and Singapore. We have our full MAS license for doing business in Singapore. With significant European assets and growth opportunities, we will be pursuing more initiatives to better highlight Silvercrest in both the institutional and wealth markets. The firm also has invested in talent across the firm to drive new growth and successfully transition the business toward the next generation.
Silvercrest Asset appoints J. Allen Gray as head, institutional business
Silvercrest Asset Management announced that J. Allen Gray has been promoted to Head of Institutional Business. In this role, he will oversee Silvercrest's institutional business, as well as consultant and client relations. Since joining Silvercrest in 2008, Mr. Gray has played a pivotal role in the success of the firm's institutional equity business. He is a Silvercrest Partner and Managing Director, and a member of the company's Executive Committee.
