Rockwell Medical Announces 1-for-10 Reverse Split
Rockwell Medical announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a 1-for-10 reverse split of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The Board received approval at the company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 12, 2026 to approve and adopt an amendment to the company's Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of the company's common stock. The Reverse Stock Split will become effective at 12:01 a.m. EDT on July 1, 2026. The company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "RMTI" on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The new CUSIP number following the Reverse Stock Split will be 774374409.
Rockwell Medical Extends Product Purchase Agreement with aQua Dialysis
Rockwell Medical announced that the Company has renewed and extended its product purchase agreement with aQua Dialysis a leading independent provider of in-center hemodialysis and home dialysis services in Texas. The Agreement, which includes supply and purchasing commitments, will be in effect for two years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. Under the Agreement, Rockwell Medical will continue to supply aQua Dialysis with the Company's liquid and dry, acid and bicarbonate hemodialysis concentrates and other essential dialysis related products.
Rockwell Medical Enters Three-Year Product Purchase Agreement with Heritage Dialysis
Rockwell Medical announced that the company entered into a three-year product purchase agreement with Heritage Dialysis, a Michigan-based family-owned company comprised of dialysis professionals that specialize in providing home dialysis in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and senior living communities, and patients' homes. The Agreement, which includes supply and purchasing commitments, will be in effect for an initial three-year term, with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. Under the Agreement, Rockwell Medical will supply Heritage Dialysis with a portfolio of hemodialysis products including the company's premium grade, single-use 720g bicarbonate cartridge, PureCart; liquid acetic acid-based RenalPure; liquid bicarbonate SteriLyte; as well as other dialysis related ancillary products.
