Rare Earths Americas Expands to Foothills Rare Earths District

Rare Earths Americas is expanding beyond its flagship Shiloh Project to establish the Foothills Rare Earths District. Supported by continued exploration drilling at Shiloh and an increasingly refined geological model, the Company believes the mineralized sands system may extend across multiple properties, including the adjacent Liberty Peak property and three additional high-priority exploration targets. Collectively, these properties form the Foothills Rare Earths District, which covers an area approximately 17.5 times larger than the original Shiloh target area of over 22,000 acres.

Rare Earths Americas Discovers New Mineralization at Homer-A Project in Brazil

Rare Earths Americas announced exploration results that strengthen the cgeological discovery model at its 100%-owned Homer-A project in Brazil's Goias Alkaline Province. Multiple independent exploration programs now consistently support the interpretation of a large alkaline-carbonatite system prospective for rare earth elements, or REE, and niobium, or Nb. Initial exploration has defined a greater than 35km ring-shaped magnetic anomaly exceeding 6.5km along its major axis, while shallow drilling has confirmed rare earth and niobium mineralization across the target area. Carbonatite-hosted deposits represent a rare geological occurrence and are associated with some of the world's significant rare earth and niobium deposits. At Homer, multiple independent datasets have returned results consistent with an alkaline-carbonatite system. Select holes have confirmed more than 120 meters of continuous weathering, demonstrating that the mineralized system extends beyond the limits of the initial auger program and that only a small portion of the overall weathering profile has been evaluated to date. These results have supported the decision to commence an expanded 15,000-meter RC and diamond drilling program in June, which will continue throughout the remainder of the year. Approximately $5M are budgeted for Homer exploration during 2026.

Rare Earths Americas Announces Shiloh Drilling Results

Rare Earths Americas announces the drilling results for Shiloh through the first quarter of 2026. The exploration drilling program has continued on the subject properties comprising multiple drilling methods across several target areas. The recent drilling and surface sampling at the Shiloh Project have identified zones of monazite-bearing sands and localized high-grade rare earth element mineralization. These results support continued evaluation of the project's exploration potential and provide guidance for ongoing and future drill programs. In addition, the Company received assay results for all 13 of the rock chip surface samples taken across the Newbill and Pipeline properties at Shiloh, showing grades up to 44.5% total rare earths oxide. These results are another indicator showing the potential for a monazite-bearing sands system at Shiloh.
