QNB Corp., parent company of QNB Bank, announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,071,428 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $42.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 20, 2026 under the ticker symbol "QNBC." Brean Capital, LLC is serving as the lead book-running manager for the offering, and Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC is acting as the joint book-running manager.
