Company Expects Revenue Growth in Q3, Signs Multi-Year Device Certification Agreement
Says quarter to quarter revenue to be lumpy in the near term as the company builds theatrical pipeline and begins to scale the business over time. Says revenue will be higher in the third quarter. Says recently secured a new agreement with a large device manufacturer. Says they completed an extensive evaluation of TrueCut Motion and existing TrueCut Motion titles. Says this led to signing of a multi-year device certification agreement, which will result in certification of a family of devices. Says currently targeting an announcement in conjunction with this partner's product plans for later this year. Says expects revenue to increase sequentially in the third quarter based on currently booked business, including licensing and release and related motion grading services. Says would also like to reiterate previously provided high-level operating model consistent with our second quarter results.

Reports Q2 revenue 39,000 vs. 113,000 last year. Pixelworks Partners with Kinepolis for TrueCut Motion
Pixelworks announced a collaborative partnership with Kinepolis Group to support the expanded exhibition of TrueCut Motion-enhanced versions of newly released theatrical titles on their Laser Ultra premium large format screens. The collaboration aims to bring together Kinepolis' portfolio of screens with TrueCut Motion to provide audiences a viewing experience as the filmmakers intended and without motion artifacts.

Pixelworks announced a partnership with China Film CINITY Co. to bring advanced TrueCut Motion grading technology to CINITY's premium large format theaters. Together with its endorsement of TrueCut Motion technology, CINITY is prioritizing the screening of TrueCut Motion-enhanced versions of tent pole movies across its premium large format auditoriums in order to give audiences the most visually refined experience available, exactly as filmmakers intended.
