Powerus Secures $82M Order for Counter-UAS Systems
Powerus announced that it has received an order of $82M for counter-unmanned aerial systems, placed under an existing U.S. government indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, or IDIQ, contract. It is the second order placed under that contract. Deliveries are expected over the next several quarters. The IDIQ contract allows the customer to place individual orders against the contract ceiling as requirements arise, and provides for ancillary support equipment, operator training and field service representative support. The systems covered by the order are manufactured in the United States using NDAA-compliant components.
Autonomous Power Corporation Completes Merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings
Autonomous Power Corporation, dba Powerus. has completed its previously announced merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings, effective October 1. Under the terms of the merger, Powerus merged with and into a newly formed subsidiary of AGH, with Powerus continuing as the surviving entity. AGH has been renamed Powerus Corporation. Shares of the combined company continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol PUSA, the symbol AGH adopted in anticipation of the combination; there has been no change to the ticker symbol in connection with completion.
