OneMedNet Receives Mid Six-Figure Reorder to Support AI Radiology Model Development
OneMedNet announced that it has received a mid six-figure re-order from a previously announced foundation model company developing advanced AI models for radiology. This order follows OneMedNet's delivery of the first dataset under the customer agreement - based on the quality and completeness of that data. The customer is expanding on the multi-modal imaging data agreement, which was included as part of the more than $3M in new bookings the company announced on June 10, including engagements supporting foundation model development. Under the agreement, OneMedNet delivers de-identified, multi-modal studies at scale, sourced directly from its healthcare provider partners. The re-order increases that data volume as the customer advances its model development. AI development in foundation radiology modeling depends on full-fidelity DICOM studies and images - complete imaging series with intact pixel data and acquisition metadata - delivered at scale. OneMedNet de-identifies each study at the source while preserving the diagnostic fidelity these models require, a standard that is difficult to meet with compressed or stripped-down secondary data.
OneMedNet Secures High Six-Figure Add-On Order, Data Volume Up 150%
OneMedNet announced that it has received a high six-figure add-on order under the multiyear agreement announced on September 30. The order exercises the expansion option included in that agreement, increasing data volume by 150% with the commercially scaled AI-enabled precision medicine customer. The September 30 agreement established a multiyear license for de-identified, multimodal, longitudinal clinical Real-World Data. The customer is using the data to train AI-enabled clinical and diagnostic models and to build a licensable derivative dataset for sale into its own channel.
OneMedNet Partners with Pharma Intelligence Provider
OneMedNet announced a channel partner agreement with a provider of pharmaceutical intelligence and data solutions will distribute OneMedNet's U.S.-sourced, de-identified clinical data to its established base of pharmaceutical customers worldwide.
OneMedNet Partners with Mediplexus for Data Supply
OneMedNet announced its eleventh channel partner agreement with Mediplexus. Under the agreement, OneMedNet will supply its U.S.-sourced Real World Data to Mediplexus, its appointed distributor in Korea - extending OneMedNet's commercial reach into the broader Asia Pacific region. The companies plan to broaden the scope of the collaboration in stages following an initial one-year engagement. Through the agreement, Mediplexus will offer OneMedNet's U.S sourced healthcare data alongside its own Korean healthcare data, each delivered in a form tailored to the customer's purpose - significantly widening the field on which Korean biopharma, medtech and medical AI companies can pursue global clinical trials, RWD and RWE research, drug development, and medical AI initiatives. Mediplexus plans to pair OneMedNet's data with analysis, model validation, and regulatory and market-access support to help Korean medical device and medical AI companies enter the U.S. market.
OneMedNet Signs Seven-Figure Multi-Year Agreement
OneMedNet announced a seven figure multiyear agreement to deliver de-identified, multimodal, longitudinal clinical Real World Data to a commercially scaled AI-enabled precision medicine company. The data will be delivered to the customer through OneMedNet's iRWD Platform. The customer intends to use the data to train AI-enabled clinical and diagnostic models and to create a licensable derivative dataset to sell into its own channel, linking the customer's molecular datasets with OneMedNet's first-party imaging and longitudinal clinical journeys. Agreement highlights: Seven-figure, multiyear agreement, with an option to expand volume and value; Customer-sold derivative dataset with OneMedNet's tenth channel partner, and recurring sublicensing revenue to OneMedNet on each end-customer license; First-party, direct-from-source data, de-identified at the source, from more than 2,300 partner sites; OneMedNet retains source-data rights. End customers of the derivative may not relicense or resell the underlying OneMedNet data.
