Nova Minerals Completes US Redomicile, Launches 2026 Field Season
Nova Minerals is pleased to announce that its redomicile to the United States has been successfully completed and to provide an update on its 2026 field season, with exploration and development activities now well underway. Nova Minerals CEO, Christopher Gerteisen, commented: "I am pleased to announce that our 2026 field season is now underway and continuing to ramp up, with up to four drill rigs focused on expanding our gold and antimony resources. The Company continues to execute on the Department of Defense-funded antimony project, supported by US$43.4 million in funding, with procurement of key mining and processing equipment now complete. Antimony ore extraction and process plant construction remain on schedule to commence this year. In parallel, we have successfully completed a ZTEM geophysical survey, which will significantly enhance our targeting capabilities and support our generative exploration programs. These programs are now underway with the objective of making new discoveries and advancing more than 20 existing prospects across the Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project, which spans over 200 square miles. These exciting operational milestones, combined with the successful completion of our U.S. redomicile, represent a transformational period for Nova Minerals as we continue to advance rapidly toward antimony and gold production. We are building momentum on multiple fronts and remain focused on creating long-term value for our shareholders while strengthening America's domestic supply of critical minerals and precious metals."
Nova Minerals Suspends Trading to Complete Re-domiciliation
Following orders issued by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the schemes of arrangement becoming effective on June 3, the company has suspended trading of its ordinary shares on the ASX and OTC markets, as well as its ADSs and listed warrants on Nasdaq. The trading suspension has been implemented to allow the company sufficient time to complete the various steps required under the schemes and finalize its re-domiciliation to the United States. The re-domiciliation process is expected to be completed on or around June 16, following which trading of Nova Minerals Corp's ASX-listed CHESS Depositary Interests under the ticker code "NVA", and its NYSE American-listed common stock and listed warrants under the ticker codes "NVA" and "NVAWW", respectively, is expected to resume shortly thereafter. Following implementation of the schemes, all securityholders registered as at the record date of June 9 will retain the same proportional ownership interest; however, their holdings will be exchanged for securities in the newly established U.S.-domiciled parent company, Nova Minerals Corp.

U.S. Interior Department Partners with TotalEnergies to Invest $1B in Natural Gas Projects

TotalEnergies has committed to invest approximately $1B -the value of its renounced offshore wind leases-in oil and natural gas and LNG production in the United States. Following their new investment, the United States will reimburse the company dollar-for-dollar, up to the amount they paid in lease purchases for offshore wind. Additionally, in light of the national security concerns, TotalEnergies has pledged not to develop any new offshore wind projects in the United States, the department said. For its part, TotalEnergies will invest $928M, on the following projects in 2026: The development of Train 1 to 4 of Rio Grande LNG plant in Texas; The development of upstream conventional oil in Gulf of America and of shale gas production.Meanwhile, TotalEnergies confirmed it has signed settlement agreements with the United States Department of the Interior, or DOI, to relinquish its Carolina Long Bay lease and its New York Bight lease, both awarded in 2022, along with its partners. As a result, TotalEnergies will no longer develop offshore wind projects in the United States. Under the terms of the settlement, TotalEnergies will recover the lease fees paid and will invest an equal amount in the development of U.S. Gas & Power production and exports. TotalEnergies has also signed recently a letter of intent with Glenfarne, lead developer of the Alaska LNG project, for the long-term offtake of 2M tons per year of liquefied natural gas over 20 years, subject to the project's final investment decision.PAX SILICA FUND:The Trump administration plans to launch a voluntary international consortium aimed at investing more than $1T in energy, minerals, and semiconductors to secure critical supply chains under U.S. influence, The New York Times' Ana Swanson and Sheera Frenkel. The initiative, tied to the "Pax Silica" program, would include countries such as Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Sweden, with the United States contributing $250M and expanding the effort to address energy security concerns. Publicly traded energy companies include Exxon, Chevron, Shell, and BP, while critical minerals companies include Albermarle, SQM, BHP, and Freeport McMoRan. Companies involved in the development and mining of rare earth minerals include Nova Minerals, Ioneer, Lynas Rare Earths, MP Materials, Energy Fuels, NioCorpand VanEck Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF.
