Nomadar Enters Strategic Partnership with New Hera
Nomadar has entered into an agreement dated March 2 establishing a strategic partnership aimed at the joint development of sports programs and the strengthening of sporting relationships between the U.S., Europe and Africa. The agreement establishes a working framework under which both organizations will design and deliver initiatives together, share methodologies and explore further areas of collaboration on a continuing basis. The agreement has an initial term through June 30, 2027, subject to extension. New Hera Interconnection connects African athletes with professional structures and development pathways abroad, including opportunities linked to Europe and the United States. Within Nomadar's broader sports ecosystem, Cadiz CF provides a professional football reference point and methodology that feeds into the company's international development model, alongside Nomadar's High Performance Training (programs and its international training activity with academies and athletes in the U.S. New Hera has already established an active sports development platform in Africa, with operations spanning eight countries and relationships with more than 20 international academies and schools from its base in Nairobi.
Nomadar Enters Strategic Agreement with Fox Soccer Academy
Nomadar has entered into a strategic framework agreement with Fox Soccer Academy, an international youth soccer organization founded by former Premier League champion Christian Fuchs and sports executive Raluca Gold-Fuchs. The agreement establishes a collaborative platform designed to support international growth initiatives and expand high-performance player development activities across multiple territories. Fox Soccer Academy operates across markets in the U.S. including New York and North Carolina, as well as in the U.K. and Austria serving approximately 2,100 players. Nomadar and Fox Soccer Academy will seek to collaborate on a range of initiatives, including international tournaments, training camps, and the exchange of coaching methodologies. A core element of the collaboration is the planned integration of Nomadar's High Performance Training program, along with opportunities for technical staff from Nomadar and Cadiz CF to participate in Fox Soccer Academy programs.
Nomadar Signs Binding Offer to Purchase 130,000 Square Meters of Land
Nomadar announced that it has signed a binding offer to execute the purchase option over approximately 130,000 square meters of land currently under a lease agreement with option to buy from Sport City Cadiz. The land represents a significant portion of the total 291,000 square meters included in the original agreement between the parties and marks a critical step toward securing the full development footprint of the Company's flagship JP Financial Arena project. Nomadar expects to formally execute the purchase within 90 business days, in accordance with contractual terms. The JP Financial Arena is being developed as an international hub for cultural and sporting events, concerts, conferences, and corporate gatherings within the MICE tourism segment, alongside high-performance sports training and experiential offerings. Located in El Puerto de Santa Maria, the site benefits from a strategic geographic position connecting Europe, North America, and Latin America. This milestone builds on recent operational and financial momentum. As previously announced, Nomadar has entered into commercial agreements which represent approximately $2M for 2026, more than double the Company's total revenue for 2025; and has secured approximately $7.3M in new capital from strategic investors, strengthening its financial position to advance key initiatives, including the JP Financial Arena development.
Nomadar Secures $5.4 Million Strategic Investment
Nomadar announced that it has secured a $5.4 million strategic investment from international investor Christian Septien, representing just under 10% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares. "This investment from Mr. Septien represents a strong endorsement of Nomadar's long-term vision to build a global platform for high-performance training and next-generation sports infrastructure," said Rafael Contreras, Nomadar's Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman. "We believe Nomadar is positioned to develop a scalable global ecosystem that connects athlete development, technology, and international sports infrastructure."
Nomadar Signs Strategic Agreement with Mexiaa FC
Increasing the availability of its High Performance Training Program, Nomadar announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Mexiaa FC. The company said, "The partnership marks Nomadar's entry into one of the most popular and engaged soccer markets worldwide and reinforces the expansion of the High Performance Training Program in Latin America, following the recent project carried out in Ecuador in collaboration with HOPE Foundation." The collaboration between Nomadar and Mexiaa FC is currently scheduled to begin in May 2026 with an intensive scouting event and methodological implementation in Pachuca, Mexico. Over a three week period, coaches from the HPT program will lead training sessions, technical work, and evaluation matches with players from different age categories, applying the high-performance methodology jointly developed by Nomadar and Cadiz Club de Futbol.
