Innoviz Technologies Appoints Yoav Har-Even as Chairperson
Innoviz Technologies announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Yoav Har-Even, a member of the Board, to serve as Chairperson, effective immediately. Har-Even succeeds Amichai Steimberg, who has elected to step down as Chairperson after leading the Board since the Company's listing on Nasdaq in April 2021. Steimberg will continue to serve as a member of the Board.
Innoviz Partners with Top 10 Global OEM to Develop LiDAR Perception Stack
Innoviz Technologies announced the development of a LiDAR-based perception stack with a top 10 global automotive OEM. Under the collaboration, Innoviz will develop and validate a complete LiDAR-based perception stack for a highway operational design domain to explore potential for the OEM's future programs. The project includes Innoviz's InnovizTwo LiDAR solution and perception capabilities powered by NVIDIA hardware.
Innoviz Enters Agreement to Sell 66.67 Million Shares
Innoviz Technologies announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain institutional investors, for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 66,666,667 ordinary shares. The offering is expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $30M, before deducting offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 29, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Titan Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.

Innoviz Partners with AeroNous to Integrate LiDAR Technology
Innoviz Technologies announced a collaboration to integrate Innoviz's LiDAR technology into AeroNous Solutions's open-architecture command-and-control platform for counter-UAS operations. AeroNous builds systems that unify sensors, effectors, and third-party data sources into a single operational picture for detecting, tracking, and responding to aerial threats, and the company identified continuous, precise drone localization as a critical capability for that picture. "Following an evaluation of available sensing technologies, AeroNous selected Innoviz's existing LiDAR products as the solution best suited to close that gap," the company said.
