Intellicheck Signs Major Deployment with Large Investment Management Firm

Intellicheck announced that a recently signed channel partner has secured a major deployment with a large investment management company. Under the deployment, Intellicheck's advanced identity verification technology protects the investment management firm against identity-based fraud. S&P 500 Rises as Oil Prices Fall

The major averages closed broadly higher as oil prices fell and investors digested softer-than-feared inflation data and another slate of corporate earnings reports.   Communication services was the best-performing sector in the benchmark index, bolstered by 5% gains out of Netflixas well as strong performance by Telecom Services names.  Basic Materials names underperformed however as metals prices continued their range-bound trading in spite of benign inflation data this week.The Fed outlook has become somewhat more favorable for equities following the inflation data and the weak July employment report. Meanwhile, oil prices were down as concerns over global demand and rising U.S. crude inventories offset continued geopolitical risks surrounding Iran and the Strait of Hormuz.In the opening hour of the evening session, S&P 500 e-Minis, Dow Industrials, and Nasdaq 100 futures are trading flat. Intellicheck Q2 Revenue Reaches $5.9M, Exceeds Expectations

Reports Q2 revenue $5.9M, consensus $5.67M. "Our second quarter results reflect the benefits from continued progress on our diversification initiative as we now generate revenue from about 500 customers across 14 segments, both of which are diversified significantly from two years ago when we began these efforts," said Bryan Lewis, President and Chief Executive Officer of Intellicheck. "The momentum in our business was clear as revenue rose 16% year-over-year to a Q2 record of $5.9 million. In addition, our focus on operating discipline has helped drive four consecutive quarters of profitability, and five consecutive quarters of positive adjusted EBITDA which improved $1.0 million compared to the same period last year to $1.1 million."
