Giftify announced a new partnership between CardCash.com and Follett Higher Education to bring gift card exchange capabilities to campus bookstore locations nationwide, establishing a significant new channel for growing its customer base and expanding gift card supply for the CardCash platform. The program enables students, parents, and campus visitors to exchange unused gift cards for spendable value at participating campus store locations, providing a convenient, in-person channel for converting unwanted gift cards into immediate purchasing power for textbooks, apparel, technology, dorm essentials, and other everyday campus needs. When fully rolled out across all approximately 700 campus bookstore locations by August 2026 - including stores serving major universities such as Stanford University and the University of Texas - this program is expected to represent CardCash's largest single physical retail footprint.
Giftify Launches Second AI Agent for CardCash with 85% Accuracy
Giftify announced that CardCash.com has deployed its second AI agent - an automated order review system now performing with an 85% accuracy rate - as part of a structured five-agent AI roadmap designed to reduce the company's variable cost base, expand operational capacity, and improve its margin profile as transaction volume grows. The order review system is CardCash's second fully deployed AI agent, following the company's AI-powered customer service agent. Three additional AI agents are currently nearing completion, each targeting high-volume internal workflows where automation is expected to deliver measurable improvements to cost structure and throughput.

Reports revenue $83.2M vs. $88.9M last year. "2025 was a year of meaningful operational progress for Giftify," said Ketan Thakker, CEO, "The growth in our marketplace activity, combined with disciplined expense management, demonstrates that our strategy is working.
