GameSquare Holdings announced the appointment of Tom Wild as Vice President of Creative Strategy, EMEA. Based in London, Wild will report to Paul Ioakim, GameSquare's Head of Agency. Wild will partner with GameSquare's established EMEA commercial & agency team to expand the Company's strategic and creative capabilities and develop culturally relevant campaigns for brands across the region. Most recently, he established and led the strategy department at Fuse International.
GameSquare Partners with Azuki Labs to Promote TCG Game
GameSquare announced a partnership with Azuki Labs to amplify creator marketing in support of Azuki's trading card game, TCG, Gates Awakened launch. The engagement spans talent ideation and growing Azuki's existing creator program, with campaigns running through October 2026. GameSquare Repurchases Over 1M Shares for Less Than $0.4M
GameSquare Holdings announced it repurchased over 1M shares of its common stock during the month of July 2026 for less than $0.4M, representing an average price of approximately $0.38 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $10.9M remaining under its current authorization, which was expanded on April 14. Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of over 8.8M shares of its common stock for nearly $4.1M, representing an average price of approximately $0.46 per share.
