Fury Gold Mines Resumes Exploration and Drilling Activities at Eau Claire
Fury Gold Mines is pleased to announce that exploration and drilling activities have resumed at Eau Claire, located in the Eeyou Istchee Territory in the James Bay region of Northern Quebec, following a precautionary suspension due to a nearby wildfire. All personnel have safely returned to site, and the company has resumed field activities following confirmation that conditions are suitable for a safe return to operations. The company continues to monitor the situation and remains in communication with local authorities. "We are pleased to have resumed activities at Eau Claire under safe operating conditions. The safety of our staff and contractors remains our highest priority," commented Tim Clark, CEO of Fury. "We thank the local authorities and firefighters for their dedication, hard work, and efforts in supporting camp safety and the safety of our communities." This temporary suspension did not result in any material impact on its previously disclosed Phase 2 drill program at Eau Claire.
Fury Gold Announces Final Metallurgical Test Results for Ninaaskumuwin Lithium Discovery
Fury Gold Mines announced the final metallurgical test results on its Ninaaskumuwin lithium discovery located on the Elmer East project, in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory of Northern Quebec. The objective of the metallurgical test work was to characterize the mineralogy and metallurgical properties of the spodumene-bearing pegmatite intercepted in drilling. Analyzed 85 samples contain up to 42% spodumene; sample grades range from 0.02% to 3.71% Li2O and from 0.36% to 6.30% Fe2O; spodumene is the only identified lithiferous mineral and the intercepted pegmatite is free of impurities, suggesting the potential for producing lithium concentrates suitable for manufacturing lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide for batteries; and tests carried out demonstrated the feasibility of producing a Direct Shipping Ore concentrate grading 6.024% Li2O while recovering 76.66% of the lithium in 22.97% of the mass, through a single Dense Media Separation step applied to the coarsest crushed feed. The Ninaaskumuwin lithium prospect is located on Fury's 100% owned Elmer East project, which covers approximately 45,700 hectares.
Fury Gold Commences Metallurgical Testing for Eau Claire Project
Fury Gold Mines has commenced additional metallurgical testwork, to advance the company's 100% held Eau Claire gold project further towards feasibility. Fury has engaged SGS Canada to conduct a comprehensive metallurgical testwork program in support of Eau Claire feasibility work following on previous testwork referred to in the Project's Preliminary Economic Assessment. The program will support feasibility and development planning for the Project, located in the Eeyou-Istchee/James Bay region of Quebec. The program, which will have an approximate duration of three months, is being carried out to better understand the characteristics of the ore, which will allow Fury the option to build a mill or have the ore toll milled. Results will also provide a strong foundation for developing a complete process flowsheet supported by detailed design criteria, enabling completion of mass and water balances as well as equipment sizing required for process plant layout and design.
Fury Gold Mines Announces Initial Exploration Results from Eau Claire Project
Fury Gold Mines announced initial results from the Phase 1 13,000-metre exploration drill program at the Eau Claire Gold project, located in the Eeyou Istchee Territory in Northern Quebec. Phase 1 drilling was focused on expanding resources along high-grade shoots and adding continuity to the existing resource outside of the preliminary economic assessment identified stopes. A total of 21 holes - approximately 12,700m - has been completed, with results received for only 5,550m. Seven holes returned significant results. The highlight was drill hole 26EC-099, which intercepted 11.74 g/t gold over 6.63 m approximately 40m down plunge from previous drilling. A second hole outside of the existing resource envelope has just been completed and results are pending. A Phase 2 Eau Claire drill campaign, focused on converting inferred portions of the resource and extensions to the indicated resource category, is now underway. The Phase 2 program is expected to continue through the spring and summer of 2026.
Fury Gold Mines Reveals Assay Results from Sakami Drilling Campaign
Fury Gold Mines announced the assay results from the last four holes of its inaugural drill campaign at the Sakami gold project located in the Eeyou Istchee Territory in the James Bay region of Northern Quebec. The 2025 diamond drill program completed 3,685 metres in seven holes of which six drill holes totalling 2,965 m targeted extensions and gaps at La Pointe Extension and one drill hole targeted an Induced Polarization chargeability anomaly at Juliette. Drill hole 25SK-005, the southwestern most drill hole completed by Fury, intercepted 26.0 m of 0.71 grams per tonne gold including 6.5 m of 1.76 g/t gold 185 m to the SW of drill hole 25SK-003, which intercepted 59 m of 1.59 g/t gold. Highlights from the final four 2025 holes and key findings at Sakami include: 26.0 m of 0.71 g/t gold including 6.5 m of 1.76 g/t gold in drill hole 25SK-005; 22.2 m of 0.83 g/t gold including 2.9 m of 1.71 g/t gold and 1 m of 8.62 g/t gold in drill hole 25SK-007; Near surface gold mineralization footprint has been significantly increased with limited drilling, proving overall continuity and predictability - key for an eventual mineral resource estimate; Mineralization occurs along a prolific regional scale suture zone between two geologic sub-provinces with numerous undrilled gold occurrences along 23.5 km of strike, which lies entirely within the Sakami property; Gold occurs withing two broad sub parallel structures each of which has a significantly higher-grade gold core which remains open to depth; and Regional soil sampling identified six structurally controlled gold in soil anomalies along an east - west secondary fault splay.
