Full House Resorts Announces Q3 Earnings Per Share of 21 Cents, Exceeding Consensus Estimate of 20 Cents
Reports Q3 revenue $77.95M, consensus $76.4M. "Both American Place and Chamonix shined during the third quarter," said Daniel Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Full House Resorts. "American Place continues to deliver outstanding growth, setting new records for revenue and profitability in the third quarter. Its customer database also continues to grow, having recently surpassed 115,000 members. Driven by the success of our temporary American Place casino, we remain excited for the construction of our permanent American Place facility. We recently received unanimous site approval for our permanent facility from the Waukegan City Council."

At Pala, he led a reimagining of the property's reinvestment strategy, driving revenue growth and improved marketing returns. He also guided the evolution of the property's marketing technology, launching Pala's guest-facing digital platforms, including its mobile app. Earlier in his career, Mr. Le Duff held a range of leadership positions at Isle of Capri Casinos, including Vice President of Marketing, where he supported brand and database growth prior to the company's acquisition by Eldorado Resorts. Mr. Le Duff holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
Full House Resorts reports Q4 EPS (35c) vs. (36c) last year
Reports Q4 revenue $72.96M, consensus $72.45M. Daniel Lee, president and CEO of Full House Resorts, commented, "In Illinois, plans for our permanent American Place casino continue to move forward. In 2021, an unsuccessful bidder sued the City of Waukegan and the Illinois Gaming Board, alleging unfair treatment in the license selection process. In January 2025, the Illinois Supreme Court unanimously ruled against that unsuccessful bidder, essentially confirming our selection as the Waukegan licensee."
Full House Resorts reports Q3 EPS (24c), consensus (10c)
Reports Q3 revenue $75.7M, consensus $78.92M."American Place continued its meaningful growth during the third quarter of 2024," said Daniel R. Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Full House Resorts. "This still relatively-new property, which opened in February 2023, grew revenues and Adjusted Property EBITDA by 17.7% and 13.6%, respectively. We look forward to further growth at American Place in 2025 and beyond. "At our expanded operations in Cripple Creek, Colorado," continued Mr. Lee, "gaming revenues continued to set new monthly records, resulting in a 115% increase during the current quarter when compared to the prior-year period. Hotel occupancy rose dramatically during the third quarter, reaching 88.5% in September 2024 as guests discover - and revisit - our new casino hotel. For comparison, hotel occupancy averaged approximately 52% in the second quarter of 2024. Total revenues from our Colorado operations rose 178% from the third quarter of 2023..."While our temporary casino is performing very well, we think the permanent casino will perform much better. Another gaming company in Illinois operated a temporary casino for several years, in the city of Rockford. It is a market quite analogous to our market in Lake County. That temporary casino recently transitioned into a permanent facility and the early results have been very strong. In September 2024, for example, the Illinois Gaming Board reported that the permanent Rockford casino's gaming revenues were $13.7 million, a 139% increase from $5.7 million produced in September 2023 in a temporary facility. Their revenue growth reinforces our excitement for our own transition from our temporary American Place casino, which we are currently permitted to operate until August 2027, into a permanent casino facility."
