WhiteHorse Finance Reports NAV of $11.68 per Share
Reports NAV $11.68 per share, compared to $12.31 per share in 2024. Stuart Aronson, WhiteHorse Finance's CEO, commented, "During the fourth quarter, we delivered improved earnings and an increase in NAV, supported by disciplined portfolio management and share repurchases executed at a meaningful discount to book value. With the prudent reset of our base dividend last quarter, we are positioned to earn our distribution on a more consistent basis, while maintaining our established framework for supplemental distributions when incremental earnings are available. Our portfolio remains overwhelmingly first lien and we continue to actively manage underperforming credits with dedicated restructuring resources, while remaining selective in a highly competitive origination environment and focused on structure and credit quality."

WhiteHorse Finance Announces Q3 EPS of 26.3c, Below Consensus Estimate of 29c
Reports Q3 Net asset value per share $11.41 vs $11.82 in the previous quarter. Stuart Aronson, WhiteHorse Finance's CEO, commented, "Our Q3 results reflect continued progress in repositioning the portfolio and addressing legacy underperformers, even as certain credits weighed on earnings this period. The Board's decision to reset the quarterly distribution was a difficult but necessary step to align payouts with current earnings power and to strengthen our ability to deliver sustainable income going forward. We continue to work through challenged investments with the support of our dedicated restructuring team, while focusing new origination efforts on opportunities with attractive risk-adjusted returns. Supported by our Adviser's voluntary fee reduction and our newly authorized share repurchase program, we believe the BDC remains well-positioned to enhance long-term shareholder value."

WhiteHorse Finance reports Q2 NII 28.2c, consensus 31c
Stuart Aronson, WhiteHorse Finance's Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Our second-quarter results continued to reflect portfolio-specific challenges, though we remain confident in the underlying stability of the broader portfolio. While the earnings power of the BDC remains below prior-year levels, we are making steady progress in resolving underperforming investments with the support of our experienced restructuring team. Origination activity remains in line with seasonal norms, though the current environment continues to favor selectivity over volume. We remain focused on credits with strong fundamentals and believe our diversified sourcing capabilities and disciplined underwriting approach position us well to navigate the current environment and support long-term shareholder value."
