WeTouch Enters Strategic Cooperation with Chengdu Canop
WeTouch Technology entered into a strategic cooperation with Chengdu Canop Robot Technology. The parties will cooperate in industrial robotics touch interaction modules, human-machine interaction adaptation for robotics control systems, intelligent manufacturing solutions and market development, further extending WeTouch's existing touch display, customized development and human-machine interaction capabilities into robotics and industrial automation application scenarios. Pursuant to the strategic cooperation arrangement, WeTouch has provided Canop Robotics with 8-inch industrial touch display modules and related customized human-machine interaction solutions. The parties have completed preliminary technical adaptation between WeTouch's touch modules and Canop Robotics' robotics control systems, enabling the related interaction terminals to be used in robotics parameter setting, operating status monitoring, fault alerts and on-site operations. To date, the Company has achieved approximately $1.47M in contract execution and product supply under this cooperation. Based on current cooperation progress, customer demand, project execution plans and the Company's internal estimates, the cooperation is expected to contribute approximately $2.94M in annual incremental revenue. Actual procurement amounts, delivery schedules and revenue recognition will depend on subsequent product validation, specific orders, project implementation progress, delivery arrangements and changes in customer demand.
WeTouch Approves Special Cash Dividend Plan Up to $0.5M

WeTouch Technology Officially Enters Japanese Customer Supply Chain, Expected to Generate $10M in Sales
WeTouch Technology has formally passed the supplier qualification review, product validation process and quality system certification of one of Japan's top three office equipment manufacturer, and has obtained the customer's official vendor code, marking the Company's formal entry into the customer's global supply chain system. Based on the current project plan and procurement arrangements confirmed by the parties, and subject to the successful mass production, delivery and execution of the relevant procurement plan as expected, the project is expected to generate approximately $10M in additional sales revenue for the Company during the first full year of cooperation. As the customer continues to introduce new products, expand procurement categories and deepen cooperation with the Company, WeTouch expects the future purchase volume of this project to have continued growth potential and to achieve an annual growth rate of approximately 30%, making it one of the Company's important sources of long-term and stable revenue growth.
WeTouch Enters Strategic Sales Cooperation with Shenzhen Sub-Space Robotics
WeTouch Technology entered into a strategic sales cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Sub-Space Robotics Co., Ltd. Through this cooperation, the Company intends to build upon its existing touch display panels, control panels and human-machine interaction display module business to further participate in the development, integration and production application of robotic products, AI-powered smart hardware and embodied AI terminals, advancing its expansion from core components and modules into broader intelligent hardware manufacturing applications. Pursuant to the strategic sales cooperation agreement, the parties have completed technical discussions and preliminary compatibility assessments regarding touch display screens, control panels, human-machine interaction modules and related customized solutions required for robotics and intelligent hardware products. The parties believe that WeTouch's relevant products and solutions are well aligned with the end-product development, product integration and production application requirements of certain robotics and intelligent hardware products of Shenzhen Sub-Space Robotics Co., Ltd. The cooperation is expected to support WeTouch's further expansion from traditional touch display components and modules into robotic product integration, embodied AI terminals and higher value-added intelligent hardware manufacturing applications.
