Stellex Acquires 1,604,326 Shares of Company at $35.50 Each
Team announced that an entity controlled by Stellex Capital Management has acquired all 1,604,326 shares of the company's common stock currently held by Corre Partners Management and its affiliates at a purchase price of $35.50 per share. The transaction was a privately negotiated sale between two existing stakeholders. The company is not issuing any shares in relation to this transaction and will not receive any proceeds from the transaction. Upon closing, Stellex is expected to own approximately 35% of the company's outstanding common stock, as well as preferred stock and warrants that were issued to Stellex in September of 2025.

Team Appoints Clinton Roeder as CFO
Team "announced that Clinton Roeder will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective June 22, 2026 to help lead the Company in its next stage of growth and financial improvement. Mr. Roeder will succeed Nelson Haight, who is retiring from TEAM after serving as Chief Financial Officer for over four years. Mr. Haight will stay with the Company for a short transition period as a Special Advisor to the CEO."
Team Appoints Gary Hill as New CEO
Team announced that Keith Tucker will retire from Team after over 20 years of service. In conjunction with this planned leadership transition, Team's board of directors has appointed Gary Hill as the company's CEO effective February 1. Hill brings over 30 years of experience in the industrial services sector, most recently serving as COO of Shermco Industries.
