TryHard Holdings Partners with EHang to Develop Drone Light Shows in Japan
TryHard Holdings (THH) announced a strategic collaboration bringing together SBI Music Circus, EHang's (EH) drone technology and Skytek's local expertise to develop and expand next-generation drone light show entertainment across Japan. SBI Music Circus brings experience in large-scale music events, audience engagement, regional partnerships and promotion; Guangzhou EHang Egret Media Technology, a subsidiary of EHang Holdings, contributes drone formation and aerial media technology; and Skytek provides local expertise in drone show planning, coordination and implementation in Japan. The parties aim to create large-scale aerial entertainment experiences and develop new commercial applications for drone light shows across music and live events, tourism, regional revitalization initiatives and brand promotions throughout Japan. The collaboration has been formalized through a memorandum of understanding among SBI Music Circus, EHang Egret and Skytek. The synchronized drone formation completed its first 4,000-drone light show at the SBI Fireworks Festival held on August 22 at Sennan Long Park in Sennan, Osaka, and set a new Japanese record for the scale of a drone formation show. EHang Egret recently conducted a record-setting aerial performance involving 22,580 drones.

TryHard Holdings announced the expansion of its nationwide footprint with 23 venues operating across 13 cities, following three market entries since its initial public offering in 2025.
TryHard Receives Nasdaq Warning, Faces Delisting Risk
TryHard received a notification letter from Nasdaq notifying the company that the company no longer meets the continued listing requirement of Nasdaq to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share. The company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until September 7, to regain compliance with Nasdaq continued listing requirement. The company may be eligible for an additional 180 calendar days. However, if it appears that the Company will not be able to cure the deficiency, or if the company is otherwise not eligible, Nasdaq will provide notice that the company's securities will be subject to delisting. The shares will continue to trade uninterrupted under the symbol "THH." The company is currently evaluating options to regain compliance and intends to timely regain compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirement.
TryHard and Summer Explorer Terminate $25M Equity Purchase Agreement
TryHard and Summer Explorer have mutually agreed to terminate the standby equity purchase agreement entered into pursuant to which TryHard had the right, but not the obligation, to direct Summer Explorer, from time to time, to purchase up to $25M of the company's Common Stock, through the delivery of a put notice. The termination was effective immediately with no outstanding obligations or advances under the facility. TryHard will continue to explore alternative financing options.
