Reports Q2 revenue $56.37M, consensus $60.1M. Channel inventories continued to contract through the first half of the quarter, consistent with trends in the first quarter, before stabilizing later in the period. As retailers begin rebuilding inventory levels in anticipation of stronger consumer demand in the second half of the year, we expect a meaningful rebound in our business."
Turtle Beach Reaffirms FY26 EBITDA Guidance of $44M to $48M
Backs FY26 adjusted EBITDA view $44M-$48M. The company said, "The Company's financial operations and strategic priorities remain fully on track. Today, Turtle Beach reaffirmed its full year 2026 financial guidance of net revenue in the range of $335 million to $355 million and Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $44 million to $48 million as previously announced in the first quarter 2026 earnings release issued on May 7, 2026."
Turtle Beach Appoints Andrew Clipsham as Interim CFO
Turtle Beach announced that Andrew Clipsham, Turtle Beach's senior director of finance, has been appointed interim CFO effective June 15. Clipsham will succeed Mark Weinswig as the company has undertaken a search for a permanent CFO. Weinswig will stay with the company through June 15 to ensure a transition.

"We saw a temporary dip in channel inventories, which we expect to rebound and act as a tailwind in the remaining quarters of 2026 as we ramp our new product placements at retail."
