Scienture Completes Manufacturing of Rezonopy Nasal Spray
Scienture announced that it has completed manufacturing of commercial launch inventory and will begin shipments later this month of Rezonopy Nasal Spray 10 mg to U.S. pharmaceutical wholesalers. The company expects the product to be commercially available for purchase in August. "Our readiness for wholesale shipments late this month marks a significant commercial milestone for Scienture as we continue executing on the launch of REZENOPY," said Shankar Hariharan, executive chairman and co-CEO of Scienture.

Scienture Secures Patent for Rezenopy Nasal Spray
Scienture announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted U.S. Patent No. 12,622,903 B2, patent covering Rezenopy Nasal Spray 10 mg, effective May 12, with an expiry date of February 5, 2041. The patent was issued to Summit Biosciences, a subsidiary of Kindeva Drug Delivery. As previously disclosed, Scienture, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scienture entered into a definitive agreement with Summit in March 2025 for the exclusive U.S. commercialization rights to Rezenopy. Under the terms of the collaboration, Summit will manufacture and commercially supply Rezenopy. Pending certain commercial obligations, Scienture will own the new drug application for Rezenopy in its name and be responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of the product in the U.S. through Scienture's commercial operations infrastructure.
Scienture Granted Third Patent for Arbli Oral Suspension
Scienture announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted its third patent covering Arbli oral suspension, the first and only FDA-approved ready-to-use oral liquid formulation of losartan. The newly issued patent, U.S. Patent No. 12,605,365, titled "Losartan Liquid Formulations and Methods of Use," was issued on April 21 and is expected to provide intellectual property protection through October 7, 2041.
