Socket Mobile Forms Strategic Partnership with 3Eye Technologies

Socket Mobile announced a strategic partnership with 3Eye Technologies, a distributor specializing in mobility solutions for the frontline workforce. Through the partnership, 3Eye Technologies will distribute Socket Mobile's portfolio of barcode scanners, contactless readers, and mobile data capture solutions to its network of channel partners across North America. The partnership supports Socket Mobile's expansion into industrial and frontline mobility markets by increasing access to its portfolio of Apple-based data capture solutions.

Socket Mobile Appoints David Holmes as CEO

Socket Mobile announced that, on June 12, David Holmes was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Holmes succeeds Kevin Mills, who served as the company's CEO from March 2000 until June 12. Holmes joined Socket Mobile in May 2021 as Chief Business Officer and has been responsible for the company's worldwide business development and marketing activities. Chairman Charlie Bass said: "Dave has played an important role in the Company's business development efforts and strategic initiatives over the past five years.
