This week I’ve been accumulating shares of WQEY. After the conversion from WKEY to $WQEY, the stock has been largely ignored, and the current market cap still looks like a clear bargain relative to the underlying value. A rough SOTP view shows meaningful value in the publicly listed subsidiaries alone. SEALSQ LAES carries a substantial market capitalization, and even with a relatively modest economic ownership stake the contribution is meaningful. WISeSat Space $SAIQ is even more interesting given the high ownership percentage (around 88.5% on a fully diluted/as-converted basis). Add in the rest of the group’s assets and the cash position, and the estimated intrinsic value sits well above the current market price of WQEY. The market doesn’t seem to be pricing this properly yet. The ticker change and corporate restructuring appear to have created a temporary disconnect. It may take some time for the market to recognize the value, but the intrinsic value is there. (Part 1)

After reading the filings, here is my read: $WQEY looks closer to $20 than $9.50. The Oct 8 13D shows sole dispositive power over 23.4M $SAIQ shares. At $5.51 that block marks ~$129M. After a 30–40% discount on illiquid Class F stock, a small LAES stake and ~$25M parent net debt, look-through value is ~$80M. Not advice. Always do your own DD 👍 Gapping up tomorrow
