Rank One Computing Secures $5.1M Five-Year Contract
Rank One Computing announced that it has secured a five-year contract with a total value of $5.1M, including exercise of applicable options, to provide ROC ABIS to a federal national security program. Under the five-year contract, ROC will deliver its advanced multimodal ROC ABIS platform, implementation services, and ongoing system support. The contract has committed revenue of $2.5M and a total value of $5.1M over five years including exercise of applicable options. Future contract value remains subject to applicable funding, the exercise of options, and other contract terms.
Rank One Computing Receives Anti-Terrorism Technology Designation for ROC Watch
Rank One Computing announced that ROC Watch and its suite of features have received a Developmental Testing and Evaluation, or DT&E, Designation under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's, or DHS, Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies, or SAFETY, Act, confirmed on July 1. The federal recognition identifies ROC Watch as a qualified anti-terrorism technology undergoing continued testing and evaluation. Under the SAFETY Act, the DT&E Designation provides federal liability protections for ROC and organizations that deploy ROC Watch in the event of an act of terrorism. These protections serve as structural risk management as government agencies, critical infrastructure operators, schools, and other organizations evaluate and procure public safety technologies. ROC Watch is an AI-enabled video analytics platform for threat detection, alerts management, and post-event investigations across live and recorded video.
Rank One Computing Acquires Zuccaro Technical Consulting
Rank One Computing announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zuccaro Technical Consulting. The definitive agreement is effective as of June 23 with the expected closing to occur in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, ROC will acquire ZTC for $500,000 in upfront cash consideration and approximately $2.5M of ROC restricted common stock, plus a performance-based earn-out. The definitive agreement also provides for equity-based compensation in the form of restricted stock units to be granted to ZTC's employees. Following the closing of the Transaction, ZTC will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ROC.
