Recon Technology Secures Contract Worth Approximately RMB 9.6M
Recon Technology's domestic affiliated entity, Nanjing Recon, has won multiple bid sections of a production informatization system integration technical service project from a domestic oil and gas operator. The total contract value is approximately RMB9.6M, or $1.33M, excluding value-added tax, with the final amount to be settled based on the actual workload of each sub-project. The service schedule will align with the operator's project progress, with construction and final acceptance of the entire project expected to be completed no later than July 2028.

Recon Technology Signs $100M Sales Agreement
Recon Technology announced that it has entered into an At-the-Market Issuance Sales Agreement dated July 28, under which the company may, from time to time during the term of the agreement, offer and sell the company's Class A ordinary shares having an aggregate value of up to $100M, to or through Pacific Century Securities as the company's exclusive sales agent or principal.
