Telix Pharmaceuticals Enters into Collaboration Letters of Intent with EDAP and Profound Medical
Telix Pharmaceuticals (TLX) announces that it has entered into letters of intent, or LoI, to pursue collaborations with EDAP TMS (EDAP) and Profound Medical (PROF), companies developing advanced minimally invasive and image-guided treatment ablative technologies for prostate cancer, including focal, subtotal, and whole-gland treatment approaches. These initiatives reflect Telix's commitment to advancing the integration of molecular imaging into the evolving prostate cancer treatment landscape to help inform clinical decision-making. The collaborations will explore the investigational use of Telix's PSMA-PET1 imaging agents Gozellix and Illuccix with robotic high-intensity focused ultrasound, or HIFU, and other image-guided therapies designed to treat localized prostate cancer, such as transurethral ultrasound ablation, or TULSA. Telix's intention is to work with select partners to explore how PSMA-PET imaging may support emerging therapy workflows, which aim to preserve healthy tissue and minimize the risk of side effects such as incontinence and impotence. Collaborative activities will focus on non-promotional scientific, educational, and research engagement.

Profound Medical announced that PRO FAMILIA Specialist Hospital in Rzeszow, Poland has completed its 500th Sonalleve Procedure. "It has been a privilege to collaborate with Dr. ozinski, Dr. Justyna Filipowska, and the entire PRO FAMILIA team to expand access to this technology," said Arun Menawat, CEO and Chairman of Profound Medical. "The U.S. commercialization of TULSA-PRO remains our primary priority, and we are pleased with its increasing adoption driven by its unique ability to effectively treat the full spectrum of prostate diseases, while minimizing side effects typically associated with surgery or radiation, such as urinary incontinence and/or erectile dysfunction."
Profound Medical TULSA-PRO System Installations Reach 78
Profound Medical announce that its TULSA-PRO system installed base stood at 78 as of December 31, 2025 - higher than its previously announced goal of 75 installs by the end of 2025. Profound's TULSA-PRO qualified sales pipeline also grew to 97 new systems being classified within one of the "Verify, Negotiate and Contracting" stages at year-end. "As the installed base grows, we expect that it will lead to higher patient treatment rates and, correspondingly, continued growth of our high margin recurring revenue," said Profound's CEO and Chairman, Arun Menawat. "That is being driven primarily by the TULSA Procedure's ability to treat an unrivaled range of prostate diseases, severities, and aggressions, while preserving crucial functions like continence and sexual health of the patient. We look forward to releasing our fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results near the end of February 2026."
