NextTrip Co-Founder Converts $3.5M Debt to Preferred Equity

NextTrip announced that Co-Founder and Chairman Don Monaco has converted approximately $3.5M of indebtedness outstanding under a revolving credit facility he previously provided to the Company into preferred equity of NextTrip, convertible into common stock at a conversion price of $3.88 per share, subject to the terms of the preferred security. The revolving credit facility was established in 2025 and provided NextTrip with working and growth capital as the Company pursued its acquisition, technology development and platform expansion strategy. Monaco's conversion of the outstanding indebtedness into a long-term equity position eliminates the corresponding debt obligation and further aligns his investment with NextTrip shareholders as the Company enters its next stage of development.

NextTrip Expands JOURNY TV Presence on YouTube

NextTrip (NTRP) announced the expansion of its JOURNY TV presence on YouTube (GOOGL), extending the Company's global travel media and content-to-commerce strategy across one of the world's largest video and television viewing platforms.

NextTrip Launches B2B Travel Platform NextTrip Pro

NextTrip announced the launch of NextTrip Pro, a B2B travel platform. NextTrip Pro brings NextTrip Connect, NextTrip Groups and NextTrip Ownership Rewards, within a single B2B ecosystem. For NextTrip, management believes the platform creates a scalable B2B distribution channel through which the Company can generate revenue from travel transactions while increasing utilization of its travel inventory, booking technology, group-travel capabilities and media content.
